As a patient myself, I created A Journal For cUTIes with all the resources I wish I’d had throughout my treatment. It’s the perfect back up to take to GP or specialist appointments, as well as a safe space to vent, hope and reflect on your cUTI journey.
This journal also has space for daily, weekly and monthly reviews, as well as a 6-month overview so, unlike other symptom trackers, you can easily see your patterns over the whole period.
Symptom tracking can be game changing for some cUTI patients, but journaling can have other, unintended, consequences - as it did for me. Seeing my progress (or not) in black and white helped to validate my feelings – which I know so many of us struggle with - and confirmed that when I did start to feel better, I wasn't just imagining things.

These journals are printed on 90GSM paper, which is slightly thicker than printer paper, but please test your pens before use. Pencils and water based markers work best on this paper quality.

we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

once your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
