Shipping policy

**PLEASE NOTE: LGJ IS CURRENTLY ON HOLIDAY. ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED FROM AUGUST 25TH**

domestic shipping

shipping is £2.49 for all UK orders.

all orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

when your order has shipped, you will receive another email which will include a tracking number that you can use to check your order's status. please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

if you are in the UK and haven’t received your order within 4 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact help@lazygaljournals.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

please note all shipping couriers have the potential to experience delays over the festive period, which are outside of our control.

 

international shipping 

we are currently trialling worldwide shipping. this is very exciting but please be patient with us! shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

the below timings are estimates and may vary depending on factors outside of our control.

EvRi / Royal Mail (5-8 business days)

Rest of the World
EvRi / Royal Mail (8-15 business days)

international orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are calculated by your local customs authorities. these fees must be paid for by the customer, and if refused, LGJ reserves the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount.
