Refund policy

returns

we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, for items unused and in their original condition. we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

to start a return, please contact returns@lazygaljournals.com.

once your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

damages and issues

in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@lazygaljournals.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on our 'nearly perfect' range.

refunds

we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, which should appear on your account within 10 business days.

if more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@lazygaljournals.com.

please note that for international orders, LGJ is not liable to refund local custom taxes and duties. in the case of a return for refund, we recommend claiming your tax refund with your local authorities.
